Aim
To guide participants through the stages of identifying, curating, managing, and using quantitative data, by highlighting common challenges and best practice approaches at each step, to ultimately improve capacity to undertake the evaluation stage of the national ecosystem assessment process.
Objectives
- Provide participants with a broad overview of “best practice approaches” for effectively identifying, curating, managing, and using data for national ecosystem assessments.
- Facilitate dialogue and knowledge sharing amongst workshop panelists and participants.
- Highlight some relevant datasets and tools available to support national ecosystem assessment country teams in their assessment process.
